OUR STORY

In 2019, Jean Lacroix and Yves Legault founded Intermédek and acquired the manufacturers’ representative agency Les Agences Réjean Coutu, originally established in 1997 by Réjean Coutu. The agreement was made with the intention of preserving the approach and values set by its founder.

To this day, Intermédek continues its core mission as manufacturers’ representatives serving hardware stores, specialty retailers, and wholesalers. In 2020, a distribution component was added to the company’s range of services.
